What does it cost right now?
Nothing. Happy CFO is in early access and billing is not switched on yet, so every workspace has full access while we finish it. The prices above are what we plan to charge, and we will tell you before anything changes.
Will I be charged automatically later?
No. There is no card on file and no subscription to cancel. When billing goes live you will be asked to choose a plan explicitly.
How is my data handled?
Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security, so each workspace can only read its own records, and transport is TLS. We hold no third-party compliance certification today and do not claim one.
Which integrations work today?
Email reminders through Resend, and CSV/OFX statement import. Bank feeds (Plaid, GoCardless), payments (Stripe, PayPal) and accounting sync (QuickBooks, Xero) are on the roadmap and are marked "coming soon" in the app.
How many people can use it?
As many as you like during early access. Roles — owner, admin, accountant, bookkeeper and viewer — are enforced in the database, so read-only really is read-only.
